Chief Executive Officer

As the founder of Shanghai Meiji, Lee takes pride in placing client care, for both schools and candidates, the number one priority.

Chief Operations Officer

With extensive experience in both teaching and recruitment, she is in charge of managing all departments of Shanghai Meiji.

UK Branch Manager

Lilian, who holds a Master’s in TESOL, has both extensive teaching and recruitment experience. She is currently in charge of overseas development and manages the UK branch.

Account Manager

Zack has 13 years experiences in customer services field and has abroad experience in Singapore,Malaysia and China. He has provide various customer experiences especially handling the schools and provide the necessity of the schools requirements. Hence,he has been great in servicing with professional positive attitude.

Gilly is a recruitment specialist with extensive experiences in cross cultural communication. A committed and self-motivated Human Resources professional, she brings energy and enthusiasm to the workplace.

Project Coordinator

Andy provides arrival support as well as assistance, to all new teachers joining our programs, in adjusting to life in China. He is also responsible for event organization for our teachers.

Disha is a confident communicator who has prior experience of maintaining existing client relationships and also generating new ones. She is also very organised and dedicated to her work and has clear understanding of what teachers need and expect when teaching in China. This allows her to excel as a recruiter.
